Yin Yoga
A stillness practice based on energy meridians and encouraging deep fascia release.
Students are guided through a slow, meditative practice, staying in grounding poses for a certain amount of time and learning to let go of mental and physical tension.
Accessible to all!

Vinyasa Flow
A faster paced movement practice focusing less on alignment than Hatha Yoga but more on what feels good in the body. It is a one breath-one movement flow practice with some grounding, meditation and relaxation also on offer before and after the physical practice.

Hatha Yoga
A movement practice based on traditional yoga poses and breathing techniques. Joint mobility, strength and balance are all mobilised in this practice. It is not a fast paced practice as time is taken to look at alignment.
A meditation and relaxation practice are always offered at the end.

Yoga Nidra
A stillness practice where students are led into a deep meditative state in between consciousness and sleep. It is a deep dive into the subconscious mind which we can’t usually access in our waking state. Expect deep relaxation and to leave refreshed and more connected to your self.
